There is no such thing as a perfect house! Before selling your home, get a pre-listing inspection. If you purchased a home without an inspection contingency, get a post-purchase inspection. An inspection helps you know the condition of your home, allows you to fix items before any seller walks through, price your home to sell, and diminish any surprises with negotiating the sale of your home.
